Try this Avocado-Cilantro-Lime-Cauliflower Rice Perfect for a filling, delicious, healthy meal AND (in the correct portion) on the cleanse!
🔹4 - 5 cups cooked and blended organic cauliflower "rice"
🔹2 medium ripe organic avocados
🔹2 tbsp fresh organic lime juice
🔹1/4 cup chopped organic cilantro
🔹1/4 + 1/8 tsp ground organic cumin
🔹1 small clove organic garlic, minced
🔹Himalayan sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Mash avocados in a large mixing bowl. Stir in lime juice, cilantro, cumin and garlic, then season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir in warm cooked cauliflower rice and serve warm.
You can change it to more of an italian flavor with fresh italian herbs in place of cilantro (use a bit less) and use an organic Balsamic vinegar in place of lime juice and cumin.
