![]() A spring snow storm is on its way and I'm totally intrigued by this Smoothie recipe - especially since reading this article > http://bit.ly/goodgrjuice , which says that cruciferous veggies are much healthier when cooked! So my modification of this recipe will be to par boil (just for a couple minutes) my kale before smoothifying it. Brilliant!! HOT Green Smoothie (serves 2)
